Installing a Thesis skin is actually a pretty simple process.

Step 1: Download Skin and unzip

Step 2: Upload the custom folder into your Thesis folder on your server.

Step 3: Upload the options file into the “Manage Options” link under the Thesis tab in your WordPress back office.

Step 4: Upload your header and start blogging.
